Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or placing an order.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

1. Online Store Terms

By using our Site, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or are using the Site with appropriate parental or guardian authorization.

2. Products and Availability

EDYA1929 specializes in fashion and accessories incorporating vintage Japanese kimono, obi textiles, and other carefully selected materials.

Many of our products are produced in limited quantities, and certain designs may be one-of-a-kind.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders where reasonably necessary, including cases involving inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

3. Vintage Materials and Product Characteristics

Our products may incorporate authentic vintage or previously used Japanese textiles.

Due to the nature of these materials, minor variations, signs of age, differences in texture, color variations, and other characteristics may be present.

These characteristics are part of the individuality and heritage of the materials.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately.

However, colors and textures may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Natural variations and disclosed characteristics of vintage textiles do not automatically constitute product defects.

Nothing in this section limits customers' statutory rights regarding defective, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency selected or made available through our online store.

Prices may vary depending on the customer's country or region, applicable currency conversion, and market-specific pricing.

We reserve the right to update product prices without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by applicable law.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout or otherwise approved by EDYA1929.

Orders may be subject to verification before acceptance or fulfillment.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect product information.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.

Customer-requested cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy and any applicable Custom Order Agreement.

6. Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Certain EDYA1929 products are made-to-order, customized, or produced specifically for an individual customer.

Production times vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and workshop schedules.

Estimated production and dispatch dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Once production has begun, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible.

Custom-made and personalized products may be subject to specific cancellation, exchange, and return restrictions, as disclosed before purchase.

Any such restrictions remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a separate Custom Order Agreement applies, its specific terms will govern the custom-order arrangement to the extent permitted by law.

7. Domestic and International Shipping

EDYA1929 offers complimentary standard shipping for domestic and eligible international orders.

Domestic orders are generally shipped using J&T Express or another designated local courier.

International standard orders are generally shipped using EMS (Express Mail Service).

Complimentary shipping applies to standard shipping charges only.

Customers requiring faster international delivery may request FedEx Express shipping, subject to availability.

FedEx Express shipping is an optional paid service. Additional shipping charges will be quoted separately.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Related Charges

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, and other import-related expenses.

All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in EDYA1929's complimentary shipping service.

EDYA1929 does not pay, absorb, or reimburse these charges unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Customers are responsible for understanding applicable import regulations and paying any charges assessed by the destination country's customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Payment must be made directly to the relevant authority or carrier within the applicable payment period.

Failure to pay may result in customs holds, delivery delays, storage charges, additional fees, or shipment returns.

If unpaid customs duties, taxes, or related charges are subsequently billed to EDYA1929 by a shipping carrier, EDYA1929 reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to seek reimbursement of those charges and reasonable associated costs from the customer.

The customer's responsibility for import charges applies regardless of whether the shipment is delivered through EMS, FedEx, or another authorized carrier.

By placing an international order, customers acknowledge that import-related charges may be payable separately from the purchase price.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Shipping Information and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional shipping expenses.

Additional costs caused by customer-provided address errors may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
